I think that's a good ideal its the whole class that works as a team to help the ones who don't get it or not and the average goes down .

I'm not sure what you were trying to say. However,my children, are not responsible for other children's grades, period. Their teacher, and their parents are responsible for those children who are struggling.

What needs to happen is take all the taxpayer money that is beinng wasted on public education right now and turn all that money into Vouchers that are redeemable at private, corporate-run Christian charter schools that are owned and operated by people like me, Chris Christie, and Governor Haslam.
I mean, yall really dig Bill Haslam, don't you??? He is one of the handsomest men in Tennessee, and obviously a terrific businessman given Pilot Flying J's success.
One of the best things about charter schools is that we only admit SMART students, so your child will only be surrounded by intelligent classmates. Public schools have to admit every child in a community even if they are retarded, but charter schools can choose who they admit. If you aren't a Christian, if your grades aren't high enough, if you don't share our values (i.e., your kid is gay), then we don't admit you! Perfectly legal to do so because charter schools are owned and operated by private citizens like me, and who agree with everything I say.
Your kids will learn to agree with everything I say, too.
Gov. Bill Haslam is a good man and a Christian. He has talked recently in the media about Common Core and he says that it is a Liberal LIE. Which is why Governor Haslam supports charter schools and Vouchers; in fact, Haslam has worked tirelessly to get the state of Tennessee changed over to a Voucher system. Already he has:
1. eliminated the restriction on the total number of charter schools allowed in the state; soon the number of charter schools will eclipse the number of public schools.
2. allocated millions in taxpayer funds for privately run corporate charter schools.
See, this is the question. Who would you rather have running your kid's school?? The Federal government? Obama? Or would you rather have your kid LEARNING SOMETHING at a privately run charter school owned and operated by somebody like Bill Haslam, a Christian, a successful businessman, a respected LEADER.
OK Marthe, we get it. I

same old liberal talking points, or same old public educator talking points. Doesn't work anymore. Less than half of our children can read or do simple math. That's not all the children's or the parents fault- something is badly broken in our public schools and the people aren't going to stand by and allow our tax dollars to be wasted, or our children to not be educated. So, give up making excuses for why the job of efucating our children isn't getting done. There is no sympathy here!

Its a group effort sure some get it faster but the average score would go up if it was more of a team effort and pay should be attached to a score .

I was addressing the subject of this thread, Common Core. Not sure what your rant was about, or why you directed it at me.
