President Barack Obama has the legal authority to unleash deadly force—such as drone strikes—against Americans on U.S. soil without first putting them on trial, Attorney General Eric Holder wrote in a letter released Tuesday.

Why don't you tell the truth, Greene Guy, hum? Allow me, you don't tell the truth, because you can't cause as much hysteria, after all, when you tell the whole story, the truth, it's really reassuring. The rest of the story is, if "Americans" are involved with terrorists, and threatening the safety of any place in America, he can and should blow their asses away, simple as that. This didn't just happen last week, month or year, it was instated during the Bush tenure!

Washington (CNN)-- Attorney General Eric Holder is not entirely ruling out a scenario under which a drone strike would be ordered against Americans on U.S. soil, but says it has never been done previously and he could only see it being considered in an extraordinary circumstance.

He began to winnow the list of those possible extraordinary circumstances Wednesday. In testimony Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, pressed Holder whether he believed it would be constitutional to target an American terror suspect "sitting at a cafe" if the suspect didn't pose an imminent threat.

"No," Holder replied.

And your need to post the obvious is?

"terror suspect didn't pose an imminent threat", well duh.

What would you propose his action? He's a "suspect", but when he becomes a known "terrorist", then it's time to punch his ticket!

You're wrong. This is the first time in history that a president has been given the power to kill an American in America without due process. Prove that this was instated during Bush's tenure. You are simply another ignorant liberal whose position is to blame Bush for everything, while bowing to King Obama. Drones to kill "bad people" sounds all well and good until you are deemed one of the bad people. Don't think history can't repeat itself. Leaders had done so time after time in other countries. If more people had sense, they would listen to the likes of Sen. Rand Paul. He is bright and is one of the few who has the ideas and a plan to get our country back on track. Agree or disagree with him, I would encourage anyone who has a Facebook account to give him a 'Like' to simply listen to what he has to say.

By the way, Rand Paul is a little like his Dad with a few loose screws and an ego that makes him think he knows the answer to every thing. His kind is a little dangerous because of his aragance and inability to work with most people. He and his Dad would be more than willing to impose their views on everyone else for their own gain.

Ron has run for President several times but never been a serious electable candidate because of some of his outlandish ideas.

Arrogance? If you want to find arrogance, look at Obama. There has never been a president who used the words "I" in speeches so much. And inability to work with people? Really? While you support Obama?

The ignorance of the left!

Rand is simply defending the constitution and our rights, what a horrible man!
