Resolutions regarding amending the town's charter are on the agenda. Among the most noteworthy proposed charter changes is increasing the term limits for the Board of Mayor and Aldermen from two years to four years. The charter changes were on the agenda for the last regular meeting held on October 15, but the board tabled them so there could be further discussion, as well as more opportunity for feedback from citizens.

Hadn't heard about that. Here's one citizen that will provide feedback though. TWO years is too long for some of them!
