I wish they could come into a home (that's not on fire) and not ruin the carpet with THEIR boots. I had just had mine cleaned professionally. Now I'VE GOT TO GET IT DONE AGAIN. I'LL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.

Why did you call them.

Why exactly would you call the fire department if your house wasn't on fire... And if it was the ems you called, it seems like you would be more concerned about the emergency you called them about than your f*cking carpet... or next time you call them just say "help, I'm having a heart attack... but would you tell the ems to take off their boots and clean the wheels on the stretcher before you come in..."
