Lamkin, you have strong views/beliefs, and that's all fine and good... But this isn't the place to preach and not answer questions... You aren't witnessing, you are badgering and no one will ever take you seriously. Try compassion. It'll get you a lot farther.

so what do missionaries do? Do they arrive at a poor godless country with there dogs, lanterns and pitchforks and beat em up til they accept god? I thought they were supposed to lead by example with compassion and love. But who am i to say.

I'm not preaching, I didn't say my belief and if I choose not to answer questions that's my choice.
No one is making you return to this thread. You just have a paranoia of being humbled.

Missionaries don't preach to those that don't listen.

Why are you so hateful in your posts toward others whom question your opinions? I understand that they are merely opinions BUT to carry on a healthy conversation, one must be willing to debate their adversaries in a friendly and non threatening manner. You may honestly help a few understand and possible walk closer to God if you could just be polite... Jmo.

Refer back to the comment in which you responded "that's right." you will find what I am saying is misconstrued as your beliefs. Yes, it is your choice as to whether or not to answer... Bit if you will not answer one, why not ignore is all?

Forgive me for being so "dumb" here, but "paranoia of being humbled"?? Please, exaggerate on this meaning, your purpose for calling me such?

My point exactly. But it truly seems as if some think they are on a higher playing field. I was always taught "you will never know and learn if you don't ask."... So why no one can get a legitimate answer is far beyond me.
