WHO HAS SAID ANYTHING ABOUT TENNESSESSEANS, OR ANYBODY ELSE, GIVING UP THEIR GUNS???
Tell me one Person, in a position to make that happen, who has said anything about any Tennessean giving up their Guns! JUST ONE PERSON...WHO???
I have never in my entire Life seen such panic and crazy talk about something that hasn't even been proposed or mentioned, except by the Ones who are panicked over something that hasn't happened!
THE DEMOCRATS...THE DEMOCRATS...THE DEMOCRATS...

How many times do we have to tell you this? Hoe can anybody be as thick headed as you are?

Here, see for yourself...

http://www.examiner.com/article/ny-democrat-b...

And another one...

http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2013/01...

And another one...

http://www.infowars.com/video-new-york-democr...

And one more...

http://www.infowars.com/video-new-york-democr...

And even though everybody on the forum knows that you will not take a moment to actually read the links, other people will.

And they will all know how thick headed you are when you continue to ask "who is demanding anybody give up guns", as you are still doing.

The frightening thing is the thought that down in Nashville this year, behind closed doors, with no cameras around...a group of crooked politicians is meeting with lobbyist and democrat political types, money is being discussed, and so is one of these agendas about guns.

Folks, dont vote for a democrat. Not if you value your freedom!

Now that you have had a chance to read the links (everyne but RS probably will) then we can talk about how all of this applies to Tennessee.

Its called House Bill 10

http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/BillInfo/Defa...

If anybody wants to cut to the chase and see how their representative will vote on the issue of gun control, house bill 10 will tell you.

It is certain that the Democrats in Nashville arent going to tell their constituents anything, or act like they even heard about it.

They will act like they have more important issues to deal with...

ahem,...

Just like the Democrats did in New York and Colorado.

The Democrat party stand for communism, forced atheism, hedonism, anti-Christian everything, confiscation of guns (or large sodas, or anything else)...anti=family values social agenda, and encroachment on our rights, and an overwhelming loss of freedom.

That is what the Democrat Party everywhere stands for.

Dont believe me? Try this...those of you who have a Democrat representative in Nashville, give their office a call and ask them if they support House Bill 10.

I bet they will act like they never even heard of it.

That is how you will know who is out to protect your rights, and who is not.

Yep, next segment on the dun grabber update.

House Bill 10 failed in Nashville just this last week. The Civil Justice Subcommitte allowed it to die for lack of movement

So, no protection for our rights, thanks to the Democrats on the subcommitte.

Who is on the subcommitte that killed House Bill 10? Who allowed our rights and freedoms to be unprotected in Tennessee?

Here they are...

http://www.capitol.tn.gov/house/committees/su...

Jim Coley, chair

Mike Carter
Vance Dennis
Andrew Farmer
Sherry Jones
John Lundberg
Mike Stewart
Rick Womic

There it is. the roll of shame.

What about another Tennessee law, HB 0042?

http://tennessee.tenthamendmentcenter.com/201...

There are among those committes too. Are they the very ones who are out to take away our rights to own guns. Will they kill yet another Gun Rights protection Bill in Tennessee?

So, if Tennesseeans will simply vote out the Democrats on that committe (and everywhere else), then maybe the Republicans can start over next year, and get some freedom out of Nashville for a change.

But, RS asked WHO is out to diminish our gun rights?

There is the list of names of rogues and scoundrels who killed HB 10. The Democrats on the Civil Justice subcomite.

But, when election day comes, just remember that if there is a (D) beside the name on the ballot, they are probably anti-gun.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38, Chapter 3, Part 1, is amended by
adding the following language as a new, appropriately designated section:
38-3-124.
(a) On or after the effective date of this act, no public funds of this state or any
political subdivision of this state shall be allocated to the implementation, regulation or
enforcement of any federal law, executive order, rule or regulation that becomes
effective on or after January 1, 2013, that adversely affects a United States citizen's
ability to lawfully possess or carry firearms in this state.
(b) On or after the effective date of this act, no personnel or property of this state
or any political subdivision of this state shall be allocated to the implementation,
regulation or enforcement of any federal law, executive order, rule or regulation that
becomes effective on or after January 1, 2013, that adversely affects a United States
citizen's ability to lawfully possess or carry firearms in this state unless federal funding
for such implementation, regulation or enforcement is provided to the state or political
subdivision.
(c) For purposes of this section, "firearm" has the same meaning as defined in
39-11-106.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring
it.

This would not be surprising, nor would it be an exception to the rule. All of the mass murder shooting sprees in the past year have been perpetrated by liberal, left wing, democrats. None were members of the NRA, Republican party, Libertarian party, or even the John Birch Society. What does this tell us about those who seek to confiscate our weapons?

And we should all strive to be "superior" like you? Maybe your punctuation, capitalization, spelling, and sentence construction is supposed to dazzle us with your brilliance? I can't see it. Maybe you should attend an English class sometime, just to learn how this language really works.

Though I agree with the sentiment of HB 10, I'm not at all sure I would have supported it. Something needs to happen to wake the people to what has been happening, something to open their eyes to the machinations of the past 150 years {yeah, it has been going on that long}.

Are you saying that you might buy into the whole Manchurian candidate theory, in that certain factions within or with power connections within our government, may have been responsible for programming and mind control manipulation of these gunmen to go out and do these horrible acts of mass shootings?

And all as just a well orchestrated pretext to more gun control laws. And all aimed at inching us to a gunless society?

And that prior to the final government take over and the ultimate mandatory tracking and regulation system for everyone (666)?

(Or, vav, vav, vav, in the Hebrew alphabet, which is the equivalent to www.)

Well, I cant say that I disagree with it entirely. After what we have seen in the last 13 years from this government, who knows?

We just recently saw a sitting US Senator have to wage a filibusterer, just to get an answer from this administration as to whether it was legal to send drones to kill US citizens in their own homes without warning.

The answer was still sort of fuzzy and vague. I think if they even suspect you might have a gun in the house, they can bomb you without warning. That pretty much covers the entire South.

And then we saw the indefinate detention act passed. Anyone (even US citizens) can be arrested on US soil, held without a trial forever, sent off to prison forever, or even executed...and all without a trial. You never get a lawyer, never get your one phone call, never get any due process.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/03/ndaa...

Obama signed it, and the Republicans and Democrats all went along with it. Only 3 in Congress voted no.

What happened to America? What happened to our civil rights?

Why didnt the mainstream news media cover it?

So, since we see such a creepy sort of government these days (last 13 years, not just Obama) then who knows?

Who knows what conspiracy theories are true? Who can say?

Good point.

How can I answer this when our own government has experimented with this very concept?

But, what I was getting at is that so far reason and forewarning has done nothing to light a fire under the collective American buttocks, so maybe allowing their agenda to move ahead might wake some folks up. Look at this realistically and you'll have to agree that with the decline in education, and the significant "Dumbing Down of America" it won't be long before this agenda and others are brought to fruition. At best we're fighting a "Holding Action" against an enemy that has an ignorant population on its side. Add to that, saddest of all, they don't even realize who they've surrendered their freedom to, who their masters really are.

As I've said so very many times before, Alexis de Toqueville pegged this very time dead to rights 180 years ago. He saw this coming, but why is it so many can't see it when it is right here?

When this isn't enough to get Americans off their duffs, maybe something stronger is required. Funny thing is, I just got this via FaceBook.
