Does anyone know what the deal is with Sondra at the Hair Palace? She is never in when I call for an appt. I call back in the p.m. when she is supposed to be there and am told she didn't come in today, etc. Does she work? Is she reliable? Does she have extenuating circumstances or should I move on? I have been happy with my hair with her in the past, but wonder if she is worth wait. I have been calling for a week now.

Wow, putting things in writing really does help. I am over it. Moving on. Looked at the Shear EnV facebook page. Looks like a good crew. Can anyone reccomend a stylist that works there? I am leaning toward Dustin or Preston, unless anyone can tell my why not?

Good to know. I will not tolerate a hairstylist taking more than a few business calls during a visit, nor will I wait well past my appointment time. Some people in the service industry these days don't seem to understand what it means to give good service. I don't believe in paying for crappy service.

I am going to give Shear EnV a call and see how it goes. I am looking for a new modern style, not just a trim or a style in the 1980s hairstyle book a lot of these local places seem to see as the holy grail of big, poufy hair. I will post on how it goes.

Try cut loose on church street, great prices, and if your not happy they won't charge you until you are. if a few days past, and it needs touch up. They will touch it up for free. All there stylist have 20+ years experience. Promise you'll be satisfied. They do nails too, I been getting my nails done there for years. Cut loose beside the bp near the YMCA.
