The sidewalk works best. The road can be hazardous.

In jonesborough they have a beautiful park that you can walk your dogs at. They even have a part fenced off to let them off the leash and play with other dogs

What sidewalks? I don't want to walk my dog downtown. Most neighborhoods around here don't have sidewalks. The Tusculum trail is not used much, bring a short leash and a pooper scooper.

The area just off Asheville Hwy, near Carson Street, is a good place. Neighbors walk their dogs around there a lot and there's very little traffic. I would think the parks around here would be alright, as well.

All the walking trails in Vegas say no pets!!! The only place I've come close to finding is Hardin Park.

No dogs are allowed on the Tusculum trail, leashed or not. It doesn't take much thought to figure out why.

I am a dog owner, but I get very upset when I see a dog's calling card left on the ground in a public place where someone might step.

Like, how upset? Infuriated? Just curious.
