Population control.
I do think that birth control has something to do with each generation becoming more feminine than the last. Women over-load themselves with female hormones to prevent pregnancy and then when they decide to get pregnant, the baby is overloaded with estrogen and female hormones as well. It could be a conspiracy to keep us week...

By the way, Phil never said he hated homosexuals. He stated that it was a sin according to his religion and that the all-mighty would sort them out in the end. Phil as well as most Christians are forced to tolerate homosexuals and other things we consider sinful daily. The silent majority tolerates sin without accepting sin.

First off... "the government" has no control over what you wish to bed down with. For the gay children comment, speak for yourself.

Oh, Buttercup, how sad you are. You look to be a typical "Greene County Christian" - you can bring Jesus out of your pocket to defend your homophobia but His whole "love thy neighbor" thing is conveniently ignored. Greene Countians fornicate, gossip and backbite each other (see: Topix for thousands of examples), pop drugs and pills like candy, lie, curse, drink amounts of beer that would astound any pub-crawler in England... and yet they pop Jesus out anytime they need an excuse to hate on another race or a lifestyle they disagree with.
Bahaha! You are full of $h!t! I'm just about over being nice Princess. Again, you are twisting words, and now you assume that I'm on drugs, pills, hate everyone, stay drunk, lie, screw around, back stab, gossip, and whatever else your narrow mind can draw straws at. Bahaha! You are 50 shades of wrong on an epic level!

Ever thought it might be a ploy to separate the duck dynasty family from secular minded A&E without breaching contract? That family didn't get rich by being stupid. As far as A&E goes,I hope they go bankrupt.

The chances that any of us will have a gay child or grandchild is no more than 3 out of one hundred. So chances are that we won't.

If he did I bet "Sad" would be his best customer.

BTW- I was at Wally World this morning and the Duck Dynasty stuff was flying off the shelves. This publicity is improving sales it seems. A show of solidarity?

Oh, Buttercup, I did not say that you are on drugs, hate everyone, or any of that. You scream at people about reading comprehension on here but you need to take a dose of your own medicine, dear.

That is not calling you that, that is saying that you are acting like one of them with your stance here. See the difference?

Too many in Greene County keep Jesus in their pocket and only whip Him out when it suits their purpose to condemn someone or some thing. Then He goes back in, forgotten, as they continue their own sinful ways.

So the question here, Buttercup, is what I was hinting at previously. Are you one of them? And I did not call you a whore or anything else that has been said above, and yet you are about over being nice to me? Shame shame, Buttercup.

No, princess. I knew all along what you meant. I was just giving you a dose of your own word twisting. I do believe in Jesus. I do feel that your lifestyle is wrong by what I believe and stand for, just like many others everywhere, not just here. As I said before princess, I don't support your cause. I don't have to. B!tch about it until you turn blue and fall over. I think it's funny that you keep bringing Jesus up in a negative way, but I bet you will pray to God when something goes wrong. Denying Him is the greatesr sin. I guess that's something else you will answer for in the end.....not me. Shame! Shame!I stand my ground princess! This is a circular debate. You live your way and I'll live mine, but don't cross my path. For future reference, if you wish to ask me a question have the a$$ to come straight out and ask it. There is no need to take it ten miles out of the way.

I an having a problem getting a handle on this entire episode. Mr. Robertson gave an interview to GQ magazine. In the course of that interview he made several controversial statements that various individuals and groups found inflammatory. Mr. Robertson, under the . 1st Amendment, has the right to state his beliefs. However, HIS EMPLOYER, the A& E Network did not agree with those remarks and punished him by suspending him from his place of employment indefinitely. The 1st Amendment protects Mr. Robertson's right to free speech. The protection of free speech does NOT protect him from how people, including HIS EMPLOYER, advertisers, and viewers, react to what he says.

What you say is correct, but why do people wear their feelings on their sleeves, and get so upset? If I don't like what someone says, I turn the channel. I doubt that many gays watch the show anyway.

HOMOPHOBIA: irrational hatred or fear of homosexuals or homosexuality. The afore-mentioned statement appears to fit the IRRATIONAL HATRED part; the FEAR issue is indeed a personal matter known only to the poster.

Utah just became state number 18, folks. It won't be long now!

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) A federal judge has struck down Utah's same-sex marriage ban, saying it is unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge Robert J. Shelby issued a 53-page ruling Friday saying Utah's law passed by voters in 2004 violates gay and lesbian couples' rights to due process and equal protection under the 14th Amendment.

Shelby says the state failed to show that allowing same-sex marriages would affect opposite-sex marriages in any way, and the state's unsupported fears and speculations are insufficient to justify deny allowing same-sex marriages.
