Wife Beater David Hawk thinks he should come between a doctor and his patient. And Obama is a Marxist? So when does Hawk, the woman assaulter get released from all state charges, so that he can be prosecuted by the federal govt? And when does Greene County stop going to church all together. It's a Godless county, in a Godless state. With godless citizens living worthless little loves and being led by the immoral and the cowardly. David Hawk is a worthless punk and if you voted for him, so are you. And God is going to get you. Count on that !!! Dirtbags

Hawk is trying to earn brownie points from the citizens of Greene County in the hopes of people forgetting his wife beating tendencies. He needs to focus on taking some anger management classes and seeking a mental evaluation instead of coming up with bills that will make it difficult for people to purchase cold medicine. The pill heads and meth heads will still find a way to get their fix. This is not a solution. He needs to go back to the drawing board.

This bill is complete crap. I have issues that require effective decongestants whenever I get a head cold. A package of medicine will last me 2 or 3 colds unless it is a very bad one. To expect me to take time off plus pay a co-pay and the cost of the prescription is ridiculous. All in that box of sudafed will cost me about $60 when you count vacation time I have to use.

I too think the bill is crazy . Method heads will find a way while we ordinary citizens will now be charged $50 for cold meds! He just wants to make the doctors richer.

This proposal is just stupid. It doesn't address the problem. People who are already willing to submit a driver's license and consult with the pharmacist are not the problem, so why should they pay their deductible for insurance, then a $40 co pay for an office visit and then even more for a prescription? If there is a problem with the current system it is that no one is following up on how much medication is being purchased even though the data is being collected.
This is like the crazy twin sister to the gun control issue. Legislators determined to do all the wrong things that don't address the problem, just so they can say they did something. I propose we get rid of all the current legislators and elect people with common sense.

I agree completely, the real sudafed with pseudoephedrine is the only otc medicine that really works... It's bad enough that we have to take a card to the pharmacists and sign for it now...

I have horrible allergies and so do a few of my kids. It is the only med that opens our ears. I hate even asking the dr for a prescription for it and even worse going to the pharmacy to be asked questions why you need it! I feel so uncomfortable buying it like they look you up and down like you are some meth head. I just dread even buying it..so i try to get the allergy with the d in it so it wont look so bad.

I don't like meth makers, but don't make it harder on us. We already get interrogated just to get some sudafed. I don't want have to go to the dr everytime my heads stuffed up. That's just more money taken from me.

That's REALLY going to stop the meth production. What's the next bill going to be? Boxing gloves required to legally beat your wife?!?!?!

My wife has allergies and every time she has an attack I offer to give her the "d" but she always says no. She says it isn't as good as what she used to get.
