I've often wondered if he is your alter ego. Nope, wasn't "busy" with him! Lol! You broke my heart on another post when you failed to mention me in your gossip post. It hurt even deeper when you mentioned Word Woman! It's always Word Woman, Word Woman, Word Woman! Your comments continue to crack me up...& TRUST ME, I FREQUENTLY NEED THE HUMOR!:)

Not to be a dick, but what's unique about fried chicken and potatoes...

The items themselves are not unique but the preparation is. Many restaurants go with cheaper pre-breaded chicken and powder mash potatoes. Mashed potatoes are not meant to be perfectly smooth. That means they have been over beaten or are instant. If you have ever gotten a scoop of mashed that looked like a scoop of ice cream chances are they are instant. Bravo to this eatablishment if they are cooking food they way it is meant to be cooked.

Fried in a skillet-there is a difference than deep fried. Ask someone ove 60 years old. They know the difference
