Stole our car and deposit

They took a $7000 deposit on a $20,000 car loan from me. Someone there lost our financial documents and didn't actually finance the car like they were supposed to. They snuck into our garage in our house, stole the car and drove it back to the dealership. When the police finally found out what had happened and we went to the dealership... NO ONE there knew anything about it. Amazingly, no one.... no one knew anything about the deal. Funny huh?

When we asked to have our deposit back since they obviously didn't finance the car for us (remember either someone lost our documents or forgot to process it)..... they told us we couldn't have it back. That we would have to talk to Russ and he would be back in a week or so. Left us stranded with no car!!!!! And no money to go buy another car.

we had to call the police again to come up there and MAKE THEM produce the car (which they said they knew nothing about) and give us our personal items out of the car. The police told us they were nothing but thieves and couldn't believe we actually bought a car there.

I am not kidding, this actually happened. They claimed that they tried to contact us, but our call logs don't show they called, they have no certified letters to us, no emails (other than one they sent 2 days after we signed).

Bottom line, they screwed up and either forgot to finance us or lost our paperwork. Got scared and came and stole the car out of our garage. Now they have no idea how they are going to give us our deposit back!!! wtf?

Notice how on this thread it is a $7000 deposit. On the other thread they charged her debit card 4 times to equal the $7000. On this thread it is our garage. On the other thread it is my garage. Isn't there another one that says she owns 4 businesses?

Selling cars in Greeneville is a hard way to make a living. They need other ways to supplement their income.
