That's not true... Public demand determines how much you make... the thing I love may be making statues out of cow shit, but who is going to buy them... if everyone could start a business and make as much as they want, then everyone would be self employed... I am speaking from experience... I have started two businesses, I was injured in the first and had to shut it down, the second I was doing pretty good until the economy tanked and since my services were not a necessity I lost most of business and had to shut down... Also, not everyone has a head for business.

I loved being self employed, but there is a lot of risk... I like the stability of being employed, I know how much I am going to get every month and can plan accordingly... when I was self employed I might have one great month, then one month where I barely scrape by...

i didn't say it was easy and maybe ur first choices doesn't work out well. But if u have a little luck and persevere it will eventually work. I started out with absolutely nothing, took about 7 years to get to the point where i make about75k. Per year. i did it.i wasn't going to make that being a Loan officer. That was hard to give up a comfortable income, benefits etc. now i buy my own health ins, have my 401k going well. I guess i wasnt afraid of being poor for awhile and ttaking a chance

Try Comcare. They have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, weekday or weekends. Work there and continue looking for a job, then bolt when you find a decent job.

No, though I have been kicked several times... I got hurt in my previous job, I won't go into details but it involved breeding show horses...

Hell, I've been kicked and hurt trying to breed with women. I can imagine that a horse would get pissed if you tried to mount it.
