Just came from the the drive-thru and not only did they tell me they can only accept cash/ no debit or credit cards ( if it HAS to happen is ok but not sure ) but they rude b*tch told I would have to wait 10 min. Before she could take my order.I looked over at the other drive-thru and the couple were Pissed!
That's not the best part,I drove around thinking maybe they were short handed and frustrated then I seen three of the employees sitting in the wasting area.just sitting there.now you tell me how does that work!!?!!
I say other replace the whole crew or maybe mngment is the problem but whatever it is its bullsh*t

Yea I've been there when they've said that,I think they have to send all Thier electronic sells to the main company?,( feel free to correct me ) at least that's what I got from It

I went there one night and drove up to the speaker to order and set there for like 5 mins and nobody ever answered. So I drove up to window and didn't see anyone. I looked at my girl and said are they closed or something,she said lights are on so I don't think so. I was going to drive around again to see if we could see anybody and right as we got to the other side at the entrance door, there they all stood smoking cigs. I stopped and asked if they were closed or something and they said no, just drive up to the speaker and we'll be right with you. Set there about 2 or 3 mores minutes and finally some girl took our order.

Needless to say, I was boiling mad.

If you really have a complaint go to McDonalds.com and file a complaint ... and yes they will take it seriously or call 1-800-big-mac7 if you want to talk to a person.... or call the store and ask for the store manager... if you want changes do something about it don't just come on here and bitch

You are a complete dumbf#ck or you are one of the employees Wich makes this even more sad.
The reason I started "b*tching" on here about it is I wanted to see who else felt the same way and has delt with that bullsh*t. How far will I actually get by calling 1800- big mac or whatever the f*ck the number is and complaining??!?!. So with that said I'm going to keep complaining about it because I WANT to and now a second reason,to Piss you off.I'm loving it!

Second off, bitch away it doesn't effect my day to day life that your a hateful,pathetic, sorry excuse for a human who couldn't see that I was just throwing out an option for you no to be heard and to get better service, but no you just want to throw a fit so have at it and hope you and yours gets the worse service anywhere you go!!!

Actually you WILL get somewhere by calling that number, whatever that number is. I used to date a manager. Its true that nobody cares about your petty problems of taking however long to get your food, but they care very much for the extra work every single one of those calls produce for them. If there is a problem, then go for it.

Our systems go down EVERY night at midnight to reboot the system for the next day. It usually takes about an hour and in that time we're taking orders by hand. On night shift there are only 3 sometimes 2 people working. 1 in the grill area preparing and making all your food. After 11 EVERYTHING is cook to order and it usually takes 3-10 mins to cook stuff. We aren't allowed to pull you up on night shift (security violation). So it's not our fault if the person in front of you ordered the whole menu. You have to wait.

The comment about Asheville Hwy is right on the money! The employees are clueless, that manager that looks like a hatchet murderess is one unfriendly cu*t, and they have the slowest service ever! What about Krystal's? If those lazy asses had stopped telling everyone who came through the drive thru that everything would take 10 minutes to cook, ignoring the fact ANYONE was at the order board at all, and moving every car around to the damn front door so they could run the order out whenever and get you off the drive thru timer? We'd still have one open for 24 hours! If they continue that crap of making ONE car wait unanswered at the board until the car at the WINDOW is gone? We won't have a Krystal at all! Those peeps need to transplant some JOCY workers down here to show those lazy bums how to WORK
