Did you check the restaurants, stores, temp agencies or just go around asking people? There's jobs but you can't sit home waiting for somebody to offer or post them...you have to go out and find them.
There are NO decient jobs in Greeneville. I know. This is the good old boy area here. Temp services run you ragged and then your job is done. Part time jobs here are a few hours a week at little pay. If you live out in the country you can't afford to drive to these jobs. It's not about sitting on your butt. I have worked all my life. This area is dead. It's sad becauce it is so pretty here but that doesn't pay the bills.

I agree. Unless you have a reasonably secure government job there aren't many opportunities for good paying jobs with benefits. Many business owners, CPAs, attorneys who depend on people having money to pay them for their services are hurting also & have made cuts. Nobody has any money around here to support businesses. Trickle down economics isn't hard to grasp. This county is in serious trouble & I don't see it getting better unless we get significant industries in here which will support other business & promote growth for new things.

If you have cancer, then your rates should go up. In fact, that is more than fair.

Why should you have the expectation that you pay the same rates as me? The same rate as someone who is healthy, exercises and is fit?

Of course your deductibles should go up. Anyone who has illnesses or is old will consume a lot more healthcare resources than people like me who are healthy. Your copay should go up, too.

That's the trouble with Obamacare, people like me have to pay to cover the cost of deadbeats like you who don't want to pay for their cancer treatment.

You are the most idiotic person on here. I thought this site was for information or opinions. You go beyond that by blaming people for things like cancer. I pray that these acts of yours come back to you three fold and they will. It's called Karma. I KNOW what its like to have cancer and get very little help. Thats a cruel disease. Hope you get to experience it up close you idiot.

Have you learned to comprehend what is wrote, when you read?
I'm not sickly all the time, pretty healthy for being in mid 40's, don't have cancer as of yet...

But my payments went up anyhow to compensate those who will be getting free care..

But since you decided to go on a ten minute rant about not paying cause i have something or am old, i will bet you will be the first to whine about having to pay when it happens to you and yours..

You'll be singing a different tune, about how things will be owed to you. That you deserve the free care, cause your sick.
