I hope that's not going to be Brickeys defense "he was told to let go he didn't so I shot him in the head"... that defense will not hold up. good luck

so you are saying all the people that were there could not get Sam off Brickeys son??? he had enough time to get a gun but didn't have enough time to pull him off?? he was drunk though so judgment is out of the window. He murdered sam eanes and is going to go to jail for that. The DA is going to have a field day with this case.

10-12 plea or life...

If they are anyone out there that can they would not do the same they are cold hearted s.o.b.s or they jest don't care for there family at all. Brickey was jest standing his ground. wow u must not have anything to do with your time. you were just told by a eye witness the facts as they went down. And i am sure u know how sam went off. How many times have u had to bail him out. How many times have u said "sams in jail again or sam almost killed somebody again. Just give it up, even u knew this is the way it was going to end for sam. When u found out he was dead was u surprised? i don't think so. This entire family was victimized. A man came into their house a got so drunk that he flipped out and tried to kill a member of the family. what u have going against you and your statements is that u knew sam. so many victims, so many women with broken bones and wreaked cars.{never his}

I was reading along and wondering at which law office do you work? I have some issues that need legal council of my own, and I just wanted to make sure that I didn't go to that one! I smell a self-proclaimed lawyer in the house.:/

It is self defense of a third party. I posted the link to Tennessee Code Annotated covering self defense but apparently you did not read it. You are mad your friend is dead, which is understandable, but people have a right to defend themselves and others. I know I have done it

I am not a lawyer just someone who can put 1 and 1 together (that makes 2 in case you didn't know). Please name a person who invited someone over their house to get drunk, then shoot that person in the head, to get off scott free after the DA charged him with second degree murder? It doesn't mean shit if he was beating his son up for the simple fact Brickey was intoxicated which impaired his judgment. Unless he has a ton of money for a lawyer he will have to serve some kind of time behind bars. Sorry your emotions get in the way of common sense.

let me answer some of your questions.

is that eye witness related to Brikey??? I have never seen sam "go off" on anyone for no reason. I have never bailed sam out of jail. I was not surprised to when I found out he was dead just surprised how it happened.

"This entire family was victimized. A man came into their house a got so drunk that he flipped out and tried to kill a member of the family." He was invited and they were all drunk.

"wow u must not have anything to do with your time." It takes me two minutes to log on after someone replies to my post if it takes you longer than that sorry.

Don't challenge me lil' one. My comment was meant to be facetious. By reading your jummbled up mess of billigerant post throught this thread, you make it clear that you have no form of advanced education. You have been told by eyewitnesess, you have been provided links, and still you insist on arguing a case in which you know nothing of. You are not the DA, you are not a lawyer, and you are not a judge. Sorry you lost your friend, however it sounded like he didn't contribute much to the human race and I'm lead to believe you don't either. Let's talk common sense, if you can. A guest in your home flips out, begins beating your child to the brink of death, you or other guest can not stop him or remove him, the crazy guest is non-compliant with requests to stop, and you know your child will surely be dead before law enforcement arrives. What do you do? The answer of any loving parent will be to use any means or force necessary. You protect your cub. I don't blame the gentleman a bit. If a guest or anyone else tried this in my home or anywhere else with children they would meet the same fate, as any parent would do. I think perhaps you should read those links, educate yourself. Oh, by the way, congrats on being able to add 1 and 1. Ain't you the cute one? Gold star for you!:/

The guy about the babysitter is no Sam , his name is Kev and the deal is thatthe babysitter 's bff got over 60,000 dollars where someone gave her an insurance policy where she was in foster care and she got that money when she turned 18 so idk if it was the girl Ashley or her bff that was his babysitter but he sure turned on the charm and help them spend that money
Last I heard she was broke !This Sam is not the guy
