. No. Haven't bought a car there and never will. However, did take 2 vehicles there to the body shop to have hail damage repaired. The first, was in for over 4 weeks. Before anyone starts, I know there was a lot of people with cars needing repair and they no doubt were busy, but there's no excuse for the unprofessional way they are dealing with people and lack of organization in getting these repairs done. Long story short, I got my vehicle back finally after having to call over and over to find out what was going on with it and visits to the shop. These people will not keep you updated on progress or in this case the lack of and very doubtful they will answer the phone or return your calls. Overall, the vehicle looked good but was absolutely filthy inside. I had to go back with 1 minor problem which they did fix. So, I wrote that off as they were just slammed and scheduled my 2nd vehicle to be repaired. Well they kept pushing back the appointment to bring it in, then finally called. This time we discussed how long the repairs took last time and the fact that they brought us in before and the parts weren't even ordered yet and they assured us it would not take as long this time. The parts would be ordered and they would start immediately after it arrived. Well its going on 5 weeks now. Told us it was going in to paint for the last 3 weeks and finally the other day showed us the vehicle sitting outside no glass and in a million pieces. They told us it would be assembled and ready to go the next evening. Well, several days later and still waiting. Won't answer the phone. Won't return calls. I don't know what's wrong with this place but they need to get it together and stop lying to customers. Think twice before u take your vehicle there for repair. Just sayin

Why would anyone buy a new car or have one repaired at any dealership in Greeneville?

. Agreed. I've never bought a car here and have certainly learned not to have one repaired here.

My truck was wrecked a few years ago. I had to wait longer cause they couldn't get parts. They could have easily let my truck come back to me nit fixed but they waited and made sure it was done right. I have never ad any trouble with getting my vehicles worked on. They usually gave me something to drive too

I bought a Chevrolet Malibu from the other location 3 years ago. It had a defect that I believe was covered up by the dealership. It took a long time to get it taken care of. In my dealings with this company, I have found them to be out for money only, dishonest, and should not represent Greeneville as a dealership. I will be buying my next car out of town.

Right, let's make sure we don't support our local economy at all.

Let's spend thousands of dollars in another town. Just because it's somewhere else, it has to be a good deal.

I always go there for the service on my vehicle. With that said, they have NEVER been able to beat a price I've received somewhere else. I trade vehicles about every 3yrs. Actually, my husband and I both do. They have always done my services right on my vehicles but they can't & won't beat any price given. Sometimes you have to go out of town just to get a good deal. Seems like the people in this town think that everything they have is worth a million.

You can do whatever you wish with your money. Waste it if you want. Some of us don't have the luxury of having extra cash to give away just for the sake of saying we 'bought local'. I choose to spend less whenever I can. And yes, I do spend thousands in other towns.

I am the first one to say "Buy Locally". I promote that all of the time, but I will not give my hard earned income to crooks. And there are enough of them in the business world, not only here but elsewhere. It makes sense to spend out of town if you are dealing with a reputable business, who also donates and supports local causes. I put Bachman Bernard in the class of unreputable.
