me and my wife and 3 kids are looking for a place to rent to own will take house or mobile home must be 3 bedrooms and im not a rich man just a factory worker and wife works fastfood so looking for somthin $60,000 and under must be move in ready have no time to fix

I have a 4 bedroom home in your price range,it is livable but does need repairs that we cannot afford to fix either. Needs a new roof soon and some work done on the floor in one room. Other than that mostly cosmetic stuff.

3+2. 2465 sq ft sunken den and sunken kitchen plus living room up sat airs.. All bed rooms have walk in closets and it also has a 14x32 wired storage building on the property... 60x60 fenced in area for ( we had boxers)
