How do I file taxes if I haven't worked all year

I was in at the tax office and saw someone who I know for a fact does work she is a needle junkie and would starve if you put her foodstamp card under her work boots but yes ladies and gentlemen she was walk out with her tax prepration folder how is this Posable

You still HAVE to file a tax form even if you have not worked all year. It is federal law.

if you got unemployment they will send u a 1099 and you file using it but if u didnt work or draw money then u dont have to file

Of you haven't worked for that tax year you don't file..if you have worked and or drawn inemployment then yes u file. Its common sense

Even if they haven't worked, someone could still have stocks or a trust fund...things of that nature...that forms have to be filed on because of interest or dividend payments and such.

Just curious I haven't worked but a couple.days this year. And NO its not because I'm lazy I got pregnant with twin girls and was on bedrest all of my pregnancy. Had them 2 months early so they're preemies and have to stay home with them and still cannot work. Do I get anything back considering I couldn't work? Like earned income. Thanks

If you have no income this year, you do not file taxes. To get any return you have to pay something in. It's a shame some people get back more than they pay in.
