Why go through the hoops when in the end that's the land we end up buying for a not fair market price a insiders mark up is what the County gets .

Maybe if we could ever get a majority less than 70 years old to govern in Greeneville and Greene County, more long range planning could get done in a timely manner. Waiting years after the problem is known and then taking years to make a decision so all the real estate transactions won't look fraudulent . . . Not a successful model.
