I know Wiliam on a personal level, you give the man twenty extra bucks as a friendly side of him then he will hook you up with something he can scam that day off of a pull over, take their shit, give them a warning, pass it on to the buyer. For those who have known William the past 30 or 35 years as I have knows he aint got no heart and he for sure as hell don't do free community jobs like a constable does. I also know he likes to sip on some lightning, you old heads know what im talkin bout, and he is definitely a dam pervert because im right there with him, daydream bout every shiney leg that walks and talks like some garbage disposal, im not much different Although I accept the fact im old and no stud muffin anymore but what does everyone hear about the character? don't want no dumb bashers, we want the truth.
