Hey what kind of runs or marinades do you use? Your own mix,or store-bought? I'm always willing to try something new. I've been using Paula Deen's but can't get it anywhere now. I don't like marinades I think it ruins the flavor of the meat... I usually make my own rubs, though sometimes I do use store bought... One of my favorites is called African smoke from trader joes, there was a cajun seasoning from the gumbo shop in new Orleans that I brought back last time I was there that was great, I gotta see if I can order that online....
