I have never smoked anything actually. See my post about "why do violent criminals go free but the pot smokers are in jail." The point was, it's a slap to the face of VICTIMS of violent crime that the DA spends on that time on pot, but I was violently attacked and that person walks among us. My point is, it would be nice if there was a focus on SAFETY. Anyone else out there suffering because of no closure???

In all actuality, it's the people selling pills being busted more than the pot heads. They'll do almost anything and steal from anyone for another pill to suck up their noses.

I'm VERY VERY sorry for what happened to you! I cannot imagine being the victim of a crime like that. I'm sure you never ever get it completely out of your system no matter how supportive your friends/family are, how much counseling you get, etc. It's just not fair that crappy things like that happen to good people!!

DA Bell has also not prosecuted murders where there seems to be sufficient evidence to prosecute based on what credible sources have told me where their friends/family members were murdered. I've known of rampant drug activity, animal abuse & child sexual abuse....all with seemingly enough evidence to prosecute but his majesty Bell chooses not to prosecute. I'm saddened for the innocent and helpless victims such as the elderly, children and innocent animals. Society is victimized as a whole when we have wrongs going unpunished & people hurting by those out on the street perpetrating over and over again. It's just so unfair.....

That's why we buy guns. To protect ourselves when the judicial system won't. Right to bare arms.

The Gosnell's were both convicted of 2nd degree murder.
Charlie Gillette was a good man who served his country in Vietnam. Very well decorated, a good and kind man. His father died of cancer just 17 days before he was killed.
There was no sex/drug stuff going on. This was just a senseless killing by someone who had killed once before and attempted to kill again before he killed Charlie.
