Man Allegedly Broke Into Tusculum View

Brian Jeremiah Arrowood, 27, of 75 Midway Circle, was charged Saturday night with burglary and other offenses after allegedly breaking into Tusculum View Elementary School, Greeneville police Officer Chad Ricker said in a report.
