There may not be anything better in the world than a bacon and tomato biscuit with mayo. Especially if the tomato is fresh from the garden, the bacon is slightly crisp, the biscuit is fresh from the oven, and I got laid the night before.

If you want a premium BLT sandwich on a Wednesday, go to Yoder's Country Market near Bulls Gap. I don't know if the Yoder's on the Erwin Hwy also has BLT's on Wednesday. The BLT is a Wed. only deal. Go to the back of the store on the right side. You can get Mayo or Miracle Whip, different kinds of bread. I would suggest the Sourdough. Good, crisp bacon, and a lot of it. Great sourdough.
