Not cute, just RIGHT! Why would anyone want to be politically correct when they can simply be...right? This is how we know stupidity is a "chosen" preoccupation.

You, for instance should become a weather forecaster. What else could you possibly do while being 90% wrong, about 90% of everything you say, at least 90% of the time? My God, your over qualified!

You just don't get it. All this will do is raise unemployment. Employers are only going to pay $9/hour if the productivity they get from it is worth $9/hour. It has no relation to what the poverty level is or isn't. If they have a job that can only justify itself at $8/hour, then raising the minimum wage will simply eliminate that job. If someone can't attain a level of productivity that is worth $9/hour, then they should go out and do whatever they need to fix that deficiency. Otherwise, minimum wage is another form of welfare that is privately funded for those employers choosing to maintain a low paying job, even with the increased minimum wage. Other employers will simply reduce employment to help pay for it. You keep focusing on the me, me, me, me part of it while totally ignoring what value you can give to an employer.
That's the same ole tired BS arguments that the Republicans start spouting everytime it's been raised! It's the one they put forth when Clinton raised it, and every time it was raised before Clinton, in my Lifetime! It's a LIE! It's NEVER happened and it won't happen this time. Most States have already raised Minimum Wage above the Federal Level a long time ago, and they haven't suffered one bit because of it! In fact, they have done better economically, than the States, like TN., that still go by the Federal Minimum Wage! SHOCK! SHOCK!

Oh boy, This one's going to be tough for them. You must understand, some are completely incapable of thinking in concepts, have never been responsible for a payroll and other challenges of keeping an enterprise solvent, are easily enlisted minions of rhetorical themes masterminded by the operatives of the socialist revolution in our country - no mater how obviously destructive they become, and are hateful of truth itself!

Its not a Republican thing, its a cost of doing business thing. If an employer's costs get raised, you either get higher pricing or some costs get cut. Sometimes cutting costs involves cutting employees. That's how businesses are operated. Since you said you had a business once, you should know this.

There is a plethora of issues that contribute to a state's economic prowess. Tennessee ranked 16th out of 50 last year in this obviously 'right-wing' website.

<quoted text>Two things you don't get, Petey, so let me spell them out for you!
First of all, you've had your Lies proven to be false so many times , by so many Posters and Reputable New Source Links, for Months on end, that I have lost count! So, if you think that I'm going to do it, again...you're crazy! Get off your Lazy Azz and Google it...I did NOT take you to raise and I am NOT your Servant!

Second of all, If you had done that along time ago, or bothered to read all that's been Posted, or even bothered to listen to Obama's speech, which I can tell you didn't, you wouldn't have a need to ask that question! You would already know!
I watched that Tea Bagger Rubio, last night, make a fool out of himself...and I watched him make another Fool out of himself, at the Senate Intelligence Committee Hearings, also. But, I'll bet you didn't!
If he couldn't handle the job any better than that, why did he agree to do it, in the first place?
For once in your Life, make an effort to educate yourself...it's not my responsibility to educate you about anything , unless I choose to, and I don't choose to!
You people are unbelievable! Your psychotic NEED to dominate somebody, especially Women, is so obsessive, that you even try to do it on this forum, but always wanting somebody to do something for you, that you are perfectly capable of doing for yourself, but are just too frigging LAZY!
<< yawning>>

You are so bitter because he refuses to give into you that you have become a raging idiot towards him. Get over it for Gods sake.

So if you have been responsible for a payroll, then you know raising the minimum wage increases an employer's FUTA, SUTA, FICA, Workman's Comp and Health Benefits. So who is going to pay for all of this? You maam simply see a mere $1.00 or so increase per hour. The employer sees much more. That is why raising the min. wag causes unemployment. Oh, but you already knew that since you have been an employer. I almost forgot.

You're considerably correct here, by accident of course. a delusion isn't a concept, but neither is stupidity. Both severely impede the developemet of normal concepts. Maybe this is your predicament.

For whatever reason, you incite confrontation with virtually everyone else here - no matter what the person posts.

I'm confident there is somebody, somewhere, that likes you even though you are rude. I am not one of them.

This is the last response to you I will make. Your thoughts/posts are not worth the effort one must put forth in order to read your them - much less the effort to respond.

You need to get with the Times, Pete, nowadays the Owner just raises the price of the product and passes the increase along to the Customer!

I can easily tell you were never a business owner. I am with the times. The times now are a severely depressed economy. Everybody is looking for ways to lower pricing to incent buying. What you are suggesting would be the kiss of death for any business right now. Maybe that is why you are no longer a business owner.

Again you are assuming. I could care less about you or anything you have lived thru or will live thru. In my eyes you are nothing and never will be anything based in part, from the low class beginnings you mentioned in your earlier post. If that offend you I really don't care. It is what it is.

Besides, if everyone did this, the effect would be the exact same thing as raising taxes for everybody. I thought Obama was not for raising taxes on the low or middle income levels. Just caught you contradicting yourself again.
