That's where it is all going on at, and has been for several years. Hipps and Franklin boys, been robing and stealing from decent people for several years, ask any Greene County Deputy. How come the cops don't do anything with them? Do they not try or can they just not prove anything?

Cop said to my family that even if they arrested him that he'd just bail out via his mother. And that is exactly what he ha done all these years. He waved at me one time...his dog was beside him. I thought about running over it so he would feel an inch of what I have had to go through, but then I realized it's not the dog's fault he has a piece of crap as an owner.
