Frankly, it is doubtful that you could believe either one of them in this. Her comment that she had not read the July 19th COurt opinion on her former case was so laughable I couldn't stand it. lol If she will perjure herself on the stand as she did yesterday.. she'll perjure herself anywhere and anytime. Even if she was telling the truth, she makes a better liar of herself than his attorney could ever do. She's not too smart, that's for sure. That's all I'm saying. Shrugs. Personally, I think they are both idiots and need life coaches. I'll still vote for Hawk because, as I said, you couldn't pay me to vote for a Democrat, but I shall vote, holding my nose and wish the Republican party had someone else to put on the ballot besides him. He doesn't have much shame either I guess. Why can't we put up a write-in candidate?
I actually overlooked that. I agree, she, being a lawyer, would of read the papers. Good catch.

Well u claim to be there, and know that she "perjured" herself, so u must be a mind reader. Why don't u tell us who will win november 2? Yokely or Hawk?
Besides, if I was paying as much money as she is for attorneys, I would expect them to read the order and tell me about it....but I guess low class uneducated citizens like you can't afford to pay attorneys to do your bidding. I would pay someone to handle it and not worry about it, and I imagine that is exactly what she has done. Or shall I say she has paid a team of attorneys and just washed her hands of it. She only cares about her daughter at this point and Roy Klump is just a joke to her.
You are quite silly, you know. It is asinine and a stretch to think she would not be sent the opinion by her attorney because she'd have to decide if she wanted to try to get it sent up to a higher court on appeal or not. She's not Donald Trump (who probably DOES just let his legal team handle things). Low class uneducated citizen like myself, huh? ROFL At least I haven't been a friggin Respondent in domestic cases that have been splashed all over the newspapers and I haven't been portrayed as a shady harpy by the media and the general public. lol And, I've never had to pull a gun on my husband either. So, I guess if these folks are what you think are high class citizens, thank you.. I'll stay low class and keep my legal bills under control. lol Bragging that she has paid a team of attorneys in itself is worth a giggle or two. Who does that? lol

Well people that have attorneys usually pay them to do their bidding. Why worry about something yourself that you are paying someone else to handle.

Maybe because his 2nd exwife called the cops on him over 20 times and they never arrested him. So you call someone that you know would not back down from the Mafia. I don't blame her.
Calling the cops and being ready to file a complaint of some sort are 2 different things. Calling the cops 20 times for the same thing doesn't sound feasible.

Anyway, I too think it is very strange that she would have an off duty officer's number. Here's what is going to happen: Every phone that the Hawks own will be checked out. All phone numbers called and times will be documented. Someone will also document all calls made from whatever phone she used to call the officer, probably 24 hours of calls on each side of the call she made. She better be careful what phones she claims to have used or not used. The dates, numbers called, and length of conversation are there waiting for someone to verify against her supposed sequence of events. One lie on her part could blow her case out of the water.

BTW, I've seen people injure themselves to prove a point. SIB is not uncommon, especially among people with an obsessive personality.

I understand your point. However your claim of self injurious behavior is not prevalent among the OCD personality types. Borderline personality disorder might prove more fitting, as SIB is a criteria. By no means am I implying Ms Hawk suffers from a mental disorder on any axis. I think she got hit by somebody.

Well the truth will come out at trial. What about wife number one? Heard he treated her pretty rough, and she is now Jude Bailey's wife. Bet she will be supbeaned! Can't wait to buy a ticket.

He hit her. But look at this.....All we ever hear from older folks and churchy folks sitting on the front porch in front of a camera is WE LIKE SOS AND SO BECAUSE HE STANDS UP FOR FAMILY VALUES....for starters, I have one of the largest and tightest and most loved family I've ever even heard about....however, I'm not sure what these people mean by them FAMILY VALUES....let's say Hawk is innocent. Let's say he didn't hit the last wife either......uhm, at what point to agree that when there's smoke there's fire.....???? I mean David Hawk represents trailer park family values...

No offense toward trailer people. Most are great folks, but you gotta admit, the cops end up there often....I can't believe they are actually considering reflecting him....that's like crazy to me

Trust me.. THEY (meaning clients) worry... worry and worry and worry you to death about any minute aspect of their case, no matter what it's about. Especially if there's money involved....

what's sad to me in all this is that here we are, with all the horrible things happening in the world, a president who doesn't have a clue what to do about anything, a country that is going down the tubes economically and spiritually, a devaluing of everything all those who have gone before have worked and sacrificed to provide for us, much reduced opportunities for those who follow us, highly educated and highly in debt young folks who may never get a job to pay sufficiently just to pay back that student loan - forget about marriage, a home, and all the other things which historically have meant the American Dream - and all we can talk about is poor david and his personal drama! does anyone out there think in regards to who we are gonna elect we should be talking about loftier ideas? such as where we are going as a culture, as a county, as a country, what we need to be doing to fix our greater problems? Or are we just going be stuck with david and his issues right through the election and if elected, his entire tenure while in there as he tries to focus but can't as nothing consumes one more that problems at home - that safe place you go at night to relax and rebuild your energies for the important battles you know you will face tomorrow with your job. Is this the best we can hope for? Then count me out!

Dear sad... Touché'.. Very well said. I am nether here nor there on this crazy story.. But I do know there are bigger problems in the world.. But as you mention.. If we can't manage our home.. How do we expect how to tell others to manage theirs? I will be glad when all this is over. Aren't their homeless to house? Hungry to feed? People that need jobs?

David and Buddy Hawk need to be in anger management and need major psychiatric help. They are both looney!
