Spherion/John Deere

[Job hunting]

What's the situation on Spherion taking 180 employees soon? Would they be running north and /or south lines? Just wondering if it's worth looking into??

come december (or even now idk) they'll be runnin both lines. i'm pretty sure spherion hires new temps every season for various reasons, but only goin on my second season idk the inner workings yet. but i can say if you want on at Deere apply like a week ago (now).

Like I reminded last spring---JD will b 95% temps in 2013 or as soon as possible (from Moline).

i'm clean! lol i dunno if it'll 95% but it'll be a large amount. my geuss is 70-80%.

Surely there are temps who would work on days but I heard its something like 5 seasons with spherion before Deere will allow spherion to place anyone on days?

yeah its 5...which sucks real bad but oh well...better then bein on a waitin list for god knows how long and not gettin to work.

Plus if you go on the waiting list your time will start over, just like being a new employee.
