I've gotten 4 tats from craven ink and will be gettin 2 more n the next week! They r the only ppl that has ever done work on me and my tats look great! Also done my clit piercing, nipples and belly button never had a problem and they were exactly where they were suppose to be! And really u could tell if it were in the wrong place b4 they actually pierce ur skin!! So that's really ur fault not theirs! And after I had my kids my body started to rejct my clit ring none of the others only it so I went n thr just a few weeks ago after not wearin it for a few yrs and they used a piece of the tygon plastic! No problems at all w it! Ill continue to go back for any tat or piercing!=) and for the comment that said u couldn't get a vag piercing under 18 even w a parent signature.. when did they change that?? I got mine like 11 yrs ago so rules may have changed since then!

I had a friend that was two days from her 18th birthday and wanted her nipples done. They said not until 18. I also went with my mom to get hers done when brooke was still there and we talked about it. I dont remember why they dont do them, but JC shops dont either.

I have about 75 people that report direct to me and I hire left and right, positions that typically have a 55k-90k salary, depending on position (and yes, I live in Greeneville, although most of the positions are not local). When I interview, if I see a tattoo or a piercing of the lip, nose, etc., I refuse to give the individual a chance! Tattoos and odd piercings speak of a person's character. It shows what I view as a very negative quality and lack of good decision making. Look around at those with piercings and tattoos; the vast majority are not on a successful track.

Wake up young people!

If that is the way you think, then you're too stupid to argue with. You're probably the boss from hell anyway. Im glad you spare people from the cruelty of having to work with you. Bigot. I wish we knew who you were. You'd look pretty stupid trying to rationalize this at church next Sunday. What a loser you must be.

Laugh as you will, most people in my position use the same gauge. I work in medical device sales and the team that I manage is in front of medical professionals, so tattoos and visible piercings are not at all appropriate. Say what you want, say what you will, but no one in my field (as well as many, many other sectors) would hire someone with tattoos/piercings. You guys are usually the ones who wait my table when I am out to dinner, yet complain because you can't seem to get a break on your career path. Wonder why?!

No, most people do NOT use the same guage. You dont get to speak for "most people". And yeah, we're all just DYING to be door to door salesmen, pushing overpriced, unwanted, unnecessary medical equipment on unsuspecting hostpitals and dr.'s offices. When people with tats want to enter they work force they get a degree a find a job that actually brings meaning to their lives. Grow up, you hairless ape. People waiting your tables are working through college and theyre usually pretty young. Before you know it, they'll have pretty white coats that cover any showing tattoos because they will have earned their MD. Be careful what you say about tattoos to people you sell to. You'd be surprised at how many professionals have tattoos. No matter how you put it, youre still a shallow, self righteous bigot.

I have 4 tattoos all of which can be easily covered if I choose to do so, which I dont ! I have no facial/visible piercings besides my ears . My tattoos are meaningful to me, they are MY art! You, SAM, are a prime example of why the world is how it is! I will say with my tattoos and piercings I do make over $60k a year and I work with "real" medical professionals (not salesman) on a daily basis and you know not a single one of them have ever mentioned my tattoos and most even love seeing them, "your most people" are shallow like yourself, so you and your people go dwell on your non hiring of tattooed/pierced people and when you come to the hospital to have your life saved maybe the doctor or nurse saving your life won't have tattoos or piercings, but chances are they do!!

Every single artist at craven does amazing work and I refer people to them on a daily basis they are fun hospitable and extremely talented each of the artists have their particular strengths so talk to them check out portfolios and make a decision that way instead of listening to inkless assholes that bash them on hear-say oh and as for piercings I've had three done and all flawless .... Keep in mind some people react badly to different metals or even the piercing alone... Don't blame the artists .. They are always professional and extremely clean

How about: WAKE UP OLD PEOPLE
And realize this is 2012, not the 50s. Tattoos and piercings are a form of body art. Not all people with tattoos are drug addicts, women beaters, sluts, or bad people in any way.. if you OLD PEOPLE would take a moment to step out of this small minded town you would realize that body art does not determine someone's work ethic, personality, or any trait in that matter.. just shows that they love art and are not afraid of JUDGEMENT, by you JUDGEMENTAL, SMALL MINDED PEOPLE..
open your eyes and get to know some of these professionals outside of work, many of which have tattoos.. you people disgust me. We're all human and deserve the same chance as the next guy..
P.s. I have a "back piece" and I am very professional at my job, make good money, and have been at my job for 4 years. OPEN YOUR EYES..

I got my bellybutton and my industrial done there and i love them. i have never had any problems with either of them. I got tatted by Rat for my 18th birthday and it looks so so so freaking good. i hard scabbed at all and its been almost a year and it looks the same as it did when i got it done. they are amazing up there, they open everything right in front of you. they open the needles they clean stuff in front of you so you see that they cleaned it. Craven Ink is the only place that i would ever let touch me with a tattoo gun or piercing needle!!!
