BY SARAH GREGORY STAFF WRITER The Town of Greeneville will not consider the possibility of allowing beer and wine to be sold at special events in the downtown area -- at least, not for the time being.

I drink a lot so it's prolly a good idea. After running around nekked during a night of "no consequences" due to my state if mind, I'd prolly feel kinda stupid...
I do that enough with Topix...

I don't see the big deal, they would charge $5 for a cup of beer. Everybody in this town is to poor to get drunk on $5 cup beer.
You don't see people passed out drunk at the Astro's games do you? Until "The Waltons" running this town dies out, Greeneville will never get better.

I live in a "dry" county. No less drunks here, they just drive 30 minutes to get the beer.
