robin you need to stay home and feed your cats. that seems to be the best job for you. the way you run your mouth, hate to say it like this, but you are making a fool out of yourself as you generally have no idea what you are talking about. by the way, why don't you own up to the fact that you are a liberal democrat. republican? if you think you are a republican, then cows can fly.

Sorry, wrong gender, no boobs and baby factory, but if you like we could get together and try to accomplish the impossible in some very intriguing ways my strong macho Republican stud.

Invest more in Jails and invest less in education, typical Republican regressive hopelessness. Impeach Alan Broyles and hope he takes the Idiot 7 with him. Please, Greene County Republicans give us representation in all elected officials that is somewhat above the kindergarten level, not much to hope for.

Gee what an intelligent statement. Going along with your rationale, let's just let all the criminals go since they will just find a good lawyer and be let loose anyway. Those who don't have the money to pay for a lawyer get a free one so what's the difference? And we wonder why our country is going down the tubes.

Our country is going down the tubes because if Tim White had voted the way you wanted him to we would not even be having this discussion. It is called corruption and you are the cause.

Tim, you keep using the word 'idiot'. sorry but in using that word over and over it just proves that it is you that is the idiot.

Actually the term Idiot is a compliment to these 7, a more appropriate term would be brainless.

In a Code Of Ethics your are bound by your knowledge of right and wrong. He was aware he was in violation. And anyone else that knew he was apart of that company and didn't come forward was as well. At the beginning of their meeting they have to swear if the have a conflict of interest and he con sealed this information. Thus making him in violation of the code and proving he has no ethics. Alan Broyles is doing his job. And of course the other committee members are going to vote he didn't violate it. It would show how dirty they are. Never admit guilt... They have that part down! Keep fighting Mr. Broyles someone needs to do something with this corrupt system.

In a true code of ethics someone would have mentioned it to Mr. White when the bidding process was going on so a wrong would not have been committed. However, a $10000 underbid is significant and no one was upset then or later and not even after the work was completed and paid for and not even when he first voted against the property tax hike. Ohhhhh, but when he voted for the property tax such indignant souls there were coming from everywhere. Give me a break, at least 11 had the decency to not have this on their conscious but the Idiot 7 and Alan Broyles, no conscious to speak of there.

Oh, so they are supposed to babysit each other....now I get it. Like it or not, the code of ethics was violated. A county commissioner cannot contract with the county to provide work.

Is it discrimination that some county employees worked 32 hours and got paid for 40 hours with the full knowledge and approval of the powers that be?Why don't all county employees receive this "benefit"?

People on here keep speaking of the 7 idiots. So your saying in a true code of ethics someone would of mentioned it to Mr. White? Should he being a commissioner not already know this? Why should someone have to mention this to him? 7 idiots, think about this real hard. Now who is the idiot. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. A real man, who has his mind made up on a vote, won't let another person talk him into voting their way. Especially when the vote is going against what the people who put him in his position wanted!

Unemployment and drugs are both rampant in this sorry county and all our "officials" seem to do is have power struggles with one another. Sick, just sick.

So many elected officials are only looking out for themselves or their family and friends. The rest of us don't matter. That's the problem with this recent issue. People are elected to represent the "people". Elected officials swear to represent the voters and do what's best for "them". Including knowing the limitations of their office. That's why this county can't move forward -personal agendas. I for one would prefer to vote for someone who has moved here, and doesn't have an agenda other than representing the people they are elected by. There are probably not many people willing to do that because of how things work here. Term limits for all elected officials would fix a lot of the problems... People argue that our elected officials need to be born here. My observation is that's not necessarily the best thing anymore. I think every person could tell you a person or family that tries to control their particular office, school or position (whatever that might be). Greene County will not move forward until more voters are represented fairly. We must remember that in two years when some of these people run for office again. Don't forget, they hope you do.
