Hero or traitor? Hero in my book for revealing just how out of control the NSA is and how lame their "fighting terrorism" excuse is to justify destroying privacy in this country and abroad. Looks like the rest of the world has come to the same conclusion too.

Agreed, but I would be willing to bet that 75%-85% of Greene Countians have no idea who he is.

They probably do t know what the NSA is either. They do however know what the NRA is... They think a whistle blower is a term for homosexuals.

I agree with you. Is it not downright frightening how much control our government has over us & how we give away a large percent of our hard earned money for them to perpetuate the problems we face? Government waste of our hard earned money is as equally sickening as our rights being torn from us.

EVERY FILE CABINET includes those of ALL past Executive, Legislative, and Judicial decisions--regardless of political party throughout the history of our nation. Think on that logical extension of your rant my anarchist, racial bigoted, right-wing, homophobe.

My observation: You have poor taste in friends. Your perception of an 'enemy,' in the duly elected POTUS and staff is worse.

We have fools like Outlaw Racer who will support anything and everything Obama and his liberal friends do. He has no issue with the fact the UD government is spying on its own people. He has no issue with the fact that the liberals are attempting to nationalize healthcare. He has no issue with the fact that Obama will double the national debt. I could go on and on... I have issues with both parties, as both Dems and Republicans have allowed us to fall into this mess.

Stay stupid my friend, stay stupid!

Calling me a 'fool,' and 'stupid,' does not establish any unwavering support for the current POTUS. It does indicate a certain amount of intolerance for a different world-view on your part. I am a liberal Democrat, true. However, I did support, in principle, the Bush II administration as the elected choice of the people. I withold judgement on the domestic spying issue until or if, the history of the program is revealed. In other words, under what POTUS did this program start? National healthcare, in my opinion, is a no-brainer. It is a logical and needed extension of Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid. It does not matter which political party has control of the White House--under current economic conditions the national debt will increase--like it or not

people like me go to work so that people like you don't have to.

then people like you get cancer, and you want people like me to pay for it.

Thats a joke. Libtards like you stood around for 8 years waving cardboard signs that read "not my president". And you called him a monkey for mispronouncing words. Bush faced nothing but pigheaded obstinance from you liberal retards who made fun of him and disrespected everything he did. But in spite of childish liberal interference, bush was an effective leader, and history has remembered him as a terrific president. Unlike Big O.

The use of 'you,' assumes a lot of bias o your part. The 'not my president,' signs appeared, I believe, with rightist protesters of Bill Clinton. As for 'pig-headed obstinance,' the current Republicans in Congress also fit that bill. Regardless of current opinion, yea or nay, on the effectiveness of the Bush 2 presidency historians and political scientists will wait about 50 years before giving a realistic assessment. You know, like with ALL presidencies.

That convenient fantasy was created by conservative rightists who think THEIR view of the world is the only correct one. The fear is that the left MAY be correct--which in the current political climate is unthinkable to the right.

Macho generality--AGAIN! Perhaps you should widen your apparently limited circle of acquaintances to include some of the liberal persuasion. But then again, you might then learn some things upsetting to a rightist, conservative mindset. Frightening prospect, I know.
