Never. I also wouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle there or at any other dealership in Greeneville. And while we are on the subject of local businesses, I will also say that I avoid dealing with the local banks and financial institutions. If you purchase a vehicle locally, you will pay too much. If you bank and invest locally, you will not get the returns you could get elsewhere. You will send the local bankers on some lavish vacations at your expense.

Right, let's make sure we don't support our local economy at all.

Let's spend thousands of dollars in another town. Just because it's somewhere else, it has to be a good deal.

And people bitch about Greeneville not having many restaurants and things....wonder why?

I don't 'bitch about Greeneville not having many restaurants and things'. I buy everything except basic grocery items out of town too.

I would probably go out of town for a car just to avoid the $399 "processing fees" that local dealers won't budge on. Otherwise I shop locally, saving about $6 -$10 on gas and wear and tear on the car (rather than run to JC or Morristown). I avoid bank fees by doing business with a credit union.

No my new camero I bought there got hit from the side I took it back to get fixed and I picked it up the driver side door was green I took it back still not right 6 trys later I gave up and it still is not fixed I'm talking bout a car with 3000 miles on it I would never tell anybody to go there unless you want your car looking worse then wat it was. It makes me sick I paid a pretty penny for a new car that is not back to how it should be bc I fig I would trust the ppl I bought it from to fix it.

Bachman-Bernard charged my credit card 4 times for $1750 totaling $7000 for a deposit on a $20,000 car. They haven't given me a car, got me financed and refuse to give me the deposit back or let me speak with anyone who can make this right. They are either out of the office, out of town, or not available to talk to me.

They also lost my financial documents to get me financed. They broke into my house and stole the car out of the garage!!!!!

Now I have no car and I am out $7000.00. I had to call the police just to get them to talk to me. They denied knowing anything about it until the police showed up.

What is up with this company? Can anyone help us?

I will never ever go back to Bachman Benard. They are not nice people. They want your business, then when there is an issue with your vehicle you are treated horribly.

If you are not satisfied that you have been treated fairly or that the service is of poor quality, you can contact the Better Business Bureau. I have bought vehicles and had them serviced there and have always been satisfied.
