They can come in different strenghts of nicotine. You can also buy the non-nicotine ones. But the ones with nicotine are still not "good" for you, better maybe because it is vapor.

I think people get hooked on the habit of having something in their hand. Just like how one reason it is hard to stop smoking is you miss having something in your hand you miss that motion. I have a friend who uses them from time to time. I think they are a waste of money personally.

Haha! How did I get judged with 2 disagree and 1 nuts? I have used the e-cigs off and on for 2 years lol. I think I know a bit about them and how they work. And nicotine in itself IS still bad for you without the cigarette. Nicotine promotes cancer growth.
