What's the story with the Charter?I heard something about the terms going from 2 to 4 years.I don't see how the tax payers would benefit from this type of change.

I don't see how the taxpayers have benefited from much of anything that has been done by the current administration.

What a mess it seems that the people - taxpayers or voters don't have much say in this type of charter system.
