Were the dogs picked up to impress everyone with how well we follow laws? Or were they picked up because they were endangereed and needed rescue? Our courts need to leave the dogs in the foster homes where they are safe and happy. What other solution constitutes humane resolution of this long lasting mess. The system is going to shilly shally around until the dogs have all died of old age, at this rate!
