Looks like the casino fund could have purchased this business and kept it's employees working to make ethanol, but now maybe they can get jobs at the new casino

? when did this get to be a debate on weed vs etoh? Fact of matter: Factory bought out by Agostura. Buildings in deep disrepair, wages suck, product is even worse tasting. Was owned by Pernod Ricard who did little (from the outside) maintenance. Spirit guy knows his stuff. Americans are damned stupid allowing foreigners to buy our land and businesses. Talk about terrorism, this is the sly quiet destructive kind. Thank you George Bush for your great intellectual decisions to allow Nafta and all the other BS that you have shoved down our throats. Lets see if your daddy can bail you out on all the mistakes you are making now.

Hey dimwit -- Clinton was the president who pushed for NAFTA. Agreed that Bush is a clown, but he was not around when NAFTA went through.

Left Lawrenceburg almost 30 years ago, no jobs then and looks like even fewer now. Feel bad for those folks.
