You are one of the many in our area who always have low expectations and rarely demand excellence - I can tell by your posting!
This makes me laugh. I must admit, it's hard to make demands one someone who is implementing something for the first time. I would agree with you whole-heartedly if this was the second or third time a few homes got missed, however, that is not the case. My point,(which you obviously missed), was that even slightly flawed, the system is much better than what we had to rely on previously...which was no phone-call system at all. My goodness what it must have been like to have been your children. Feel sorry for them.
