to me it is great place to work , but some of the people that works there are nothing but a bunch off gossiping, no good , loosers. A lot of people complain about all types of useless shit, if they ain't happy then go work somewhere else. Quit blaming the workplace for your downfalls people .

You got your good and bad there. I know one girl who got fired over a cupcake, at her own bday party. Sad thing is that she didn't eat it, got it for someone else. She got fired, the one who ate it got a slap on the wrist. Lol, thats justice at electrolux for ya. Another dude got canned for a bag of chips. They were both good dedicated workers too. They don't want dedication, they want mindless robots!

Ths place is evil, No other words for it. People are disposable and they work you until you can't work any longer and then they hire someone younger to work the piss out of them. If you get hurt at wok, even if you've been there 25 years, you'll be treated like crap. They have meetings where the plant manager says noone can talk during these meetings and that if you get hurt, just see the nurse, (who is a complete moron.) Everyone is afraid for their jobs, so they don't want to be the one to send you to the doctor. They preach safety, but only for their safety program insurance purposes. It means nothing, because you will soon find that unsafe work is encouraged. You get to the point where you have to tell your supervisor, 'ok, if you really want me to do this dangerous thing, you need to sign a waiver that you made me do it'. Ten they finally back down. They constantly threaten that they will close down if you don't do what they tell you to do, no matter how unsafe it is. Everyone is terrified of losing their job, so from management on done, it's a do or die attitude. It is extremely disfuncitonal. The union is totally in bed with management and there is absolutely no protection there...just keep paying your union dues so they can keep getting fatter wallets. Sometimes that's not eough so the union hall employees sometimes are caught embezzeling funds. It is a scary state this world has come to and places like this are a big part of the problem. Of couse we have a world economy, and manufacturing in America is doing it's best to make onditions for the workers become more and more similar to that of a 3rd world country. After all that's where these places really want to relocate to, as soon as it's feasible, they'll be gone. Shame on Electrolux. Management - sooner or later you'll have your judgment day. Maybe you should man up and try to be decent human beings.

Electrolux is evil, my hometown used to be the refrigerator capital of the world (Greenville, MI), until Electrolux bought out Frigidaire, and then moved the company to Juarez, Mexico. The over 2000 employees all lost their jobs, causing a city of around 8,000 to be one of the poorest cities in America. I will never buy an electrolux product, I will never give them a penny of my money, and I will never encourage anybody to work for them. Unless you want to end up unemployed in the future, those Swedes have no problems destroying the lives of American families!

That's cause you can't go anywhere else. You aren't marketable once you have worked at Electrosux for too long.

Just great! Another chick looking for child support for Randy. This is like the forth chick he's done this too.

He no longer works there. Got fired for hitting on women too much at work.

Hey George, OMG, he really got fired? When did this
happen? I am not looking for him for child support, but sounds like several are. I thought he
had a girlfriend.
