I think this would be a hilarious campaign slogan. What does everybody else think? I was pretty "Shock"ed after Andy fired all the deputies, and then again after the jail break, and when the county wide crime rate doubled. I won't be "Shock"ed again this go around.

The FCSO allowed its deputies to take part in an anti-govt. film titled "Rampant Justice" This 21 minute film can be seen on you tube along with images of several deputies with their badges in plain view. Visible on the video are Lloyd Vincent and Larry Nokes.

Is this what we are paying taxes for? Why are they not patrolling and investigating crimes instead of engaging in such activity. I am deeply worried about the common sense level at the SHeriff's Department

The Faulkner County Sheriffs office has "Shock"ed us again. Jailbreaks, lesbian hunts, and child molestors. Oh my! Don't get shocked again.

Corruption is definitely in Conway, AR! In 2011 I was locked up in the FCDC when Karl Byrd was in office. I was told I had a warrant for my arrest but last year I found there was no warrant. I was transported to the Morgan by Little Rock police officer and picked up by FCSO but didn't have my Miranda Rights read until I begged for them. I was abused in jail with no sleep the night before however I was in jail held for a hearing for involuntary commitment. The judge had to release me because I said nothing of the psychological abuse I received. I left the state 3 days later and wondered in Oklahoma for a while. There is more about this.

It appears I was targeted for a kind of human trafficking that is conspiracy through probate court. You can find some records mostly in Faulkner County's Booked website but I have asked and they don't have any records of my jail time.

I was jailed 2 more times in 2012 by some trickery but someone can't find that in the sheriff's records either. Look for Linda Gayle Womack. Check out guardian abuse through probate courts and the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse.I know more than I want to know about corruption in AR and the "Good Old Boys!"

Its like this, unless the Arkansas Times digs up something on Sheriff Shock that connects him with the dealings going on with in the Faulkner County Republican Party; he will most likely be re- elected. The good news is that the Arkansas Times is not going to let sleeping dogs lye because of the magnitude of the story. Has our sheriff committed something that he should have not done? I don't know, but I would seem to think once, or if the U.S. Justice Department becomes involved, and people like Baker, Maggio and the Nursing Home Mogul are looking at the possibility of doing time, they are going to tell what they know to cut a deal. I not saying they did or didn't do anything criminal, but it sure looks like Maggio took a pay off to over turn a verdict, and the person that paid him off (if that's the case) will most likely be at the wrong end of a Federal Indictment. The Times also uncovered that Baker was the bridge on the pay off road. You can read more about this on the Arkansas Times blog; the story was written by Max Brantley. I personal think that Shock maybe connected simply because Baker was organizing campaign contributions from the Nursing Home Mogul and sitting or top forerunners for officer in the Republican Party. Shock is a Republican; so we will just have to sit back and watch this play out.

First off, a head to head match up in the republican primaries is the perfect opportunity for a decorated combat veteran to steal the election from Andy. Hardly anybody votes in the primaries here in Faulkner county and 90% of Andy's supporters are casual voters. The average primary voter this time around is going to be showing up to specifically vote against Andy. He's made more enemies than he has friends over the last year and a half and every damn one of those enemies and there friends and families are guaranteed votes for Joe. It may actually be best for Andy if he loses though because he's probably going to have to step down before the years over anyway. The way I see it, either the democrats were complete idiots for not drumming up a candidate, or they knew exactly what they were doing. Rumor is they plan to hijack the republican primary by taking advantage of our states open primary policy, just to take Andy out. It makes perfect sense too. It will only take a few hundred of them to pull it off this way, where they really had no way to beat Andy in the general election. The way they see it, joe might still be a republican but his name isn't Andy.

Just read a post on Joe Taylor's Taylor for sheriff page.

It is certainly looks like a warrant was obtained for Brian Pickard for giving to stuff to a prisoner that has been coming in to everyone else. Was the motivation to shut her up? Scare her? Discredit her possible future testimony in a lawsuit?

What the heck does a prisoner need with revlon hair dye in the jail? Christmas lights? Wal Mart gift cards? Are they letting them go to Wal Mart?

This is ridiculous?

From what I hear Andy's a damn wreck. Shitting blood, can't sleep through the night, flying off the handle over the slightest thing. Big boys done bit off more than he can chew it seems. Sounds like he's about to blow a gasket to me. The thought of Tommy's clan interfering has got him spinning like a top. After the last election and the way he disrespected tommy in the news I don't know what he expected. Tommy's gonna have his day after all big boy.

Maybe there's more to this; the Maggio issue and the problems now over taking the Faulkner County Republican Party over the possibility of candidates taking illegal funds and maybe bribes could be the reason of Andy's sudden on slot of illness. I don't know which party Maggio is in, but I'm sure if he knows dirt on other county officials, he will most likely tell it to cut a deal. It may just be as simple as Andy knows he has hurt himself over his own actions, and know he see's he may have a problem come election day.

Andy's reign of terror over Faulkner County is about to come to a close it seems, one way or another. Too many people have seen the truth now, and the cat won't be put back in the bag. You can't go out of your way to ruin anyone and everyone who disagrees with you or runs against you and expect for this not to happen. He's even went after members of his own family who have realized he's nothing more than a criminal. At this point he ought to be more worried with not going to prison than he is with this election. He's going around now harassing everybody he knows who's supporting Joe Taylor. People are claiming threats of imprisonment and even murder for having openly supported Taylor. He's allegedly swore to have his vengeance on Faulkner County if he doesn't win. Not only does he need to lose this election, but there needs to be a recall vote immediately afterwards. This cannot continue.

I bet he is indicted before the end of the year. After reading what the inmates have been receiving in the jail and what the jailer was arrested and jailed for, someone is going to jail. Do you think Vincent will do prison time or cut a deal and turn on Shock. Vincent is to short to survive prison with a boyfriend....he will give Andy up instead of his bottom

Remember this is Faulkner County Arkansas; and corruption has been on going for decades. Andy is a member of a little click that has powerful friends in state and federal government. Don't get your hopes up. Just telling you the truth of the matter.

Sorry, but have you been reading the paper? The law is very clear under Amendment 80 that NO Attorney may run for a Judge position if their licences was suspended for ANY reason; but you have seen that one candidate can as per a order from a Little Rock Judge, and I'm sure Foster will be able to do the same. My point is this; Andy Shock is a member of a very powerful club. He would have to screw up big time before he would see ANY civil or criminal action from the court system. This is a sorry, sorry fact.

I don't disagree with you, but the fact remains that the people of Faulkner County have the final say. Unless of course, these powerful friends you've mentioned are willing and able to commit voter fraud, I believe Andy will be voted out. People are sick of the corruption in Faulkner County and I believe it will be evident at the polls this year.
