Judge temporarily blocks major provisions of federal insider trading law
A federal judge on Thursday temporarily blocked enforcement of a new insider trading law that would require nearly 30,000 federal workers to disclose details about their financial transactions on the Internet.

My, my, my. A FEDERAL judge blocking a rule that would make FEDERAL workers money-making opportunities a little more transparent. I think it's great to live in a country where the lawmakers can create two sets of rules - one for themselves and one for everyone else.
By federal workers I'll bet the judge wasn't talking about the janitor who cleans the White House.
