Mr melhi is businessman and you can not run your buisness in prince george county unless you bribe PG county officials.
You need a job in PG county or you want to build shopping center. You have to bribe the county executive.
County executive was bailed out the very next day and was allowed to join his duty the next day.
Mr Singh was refused to get bail out.
There should be same laws for every one.
