I read in the story that they think that is a sign of progress to remove the metric signs. Are they kidding? Progress would be if they make all the signs metric, if we adopt meters, litters, kilograms, and the whole metric system as the rest of the world. Only USA and a few 3rd word countries do not use the metric system.

It doesn't really matter does it. It's just a freakin' unit. Convert back and forth. This BS of all the world going metric has been going on for ages. We are stuck with the system we have. It's easy to talk shit and make up all kinds of stds when you are not the one forking out the cash to pay for new machines, new methods, new everything.

Drop it. Metric is dead. We are happy to be on the British system.
