Two shot at Burton nightclub this morning

Two people were shot early this morning at the Semper Fi Club in Burton - one in the leg and one in the head, according to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office.

I live really close to the site of this shooting it is not the first time it has happened here! I fear for my safety as well as that of my neighbors friends and family! What is is going to take to get this place closed down? I hope it does not take someone getting killed assuming the person who was shot in the head survives their wound!

David, my wife and I are moving in three day from Maryland to that area. I was told by local police this was a safe neighborhood. What's going on down there, we are leaving the Baltimore for this very reason.

if we build more parks, skating rinks, or nice basketball courts, a community center where children could go learn, maybe have chapparone dances, after school study programs, or just things to get teens involved in, teach them work programs, teach them that every life is valuable, maybe we will have less violence, and i know it stats at home, and maybe some of the parents need help or counseling, who knows but we have to get into the heads of these young people, we have to start somewhere
