Albany casino plan gets support of OTB union
The AFSCME local that represents employees at Capital District Off-track Betting Corp. on Wednesday announced support of the proposed casino at Exit 23. The group led by Rochester developer David Flaum and Capital OTB President John Signor, calling itself Capital Gaming LLC, received the endorsement of AFSCME Council 66 Local 2055.

Casinos profits are from 2/3 to 3/4 by problem gamblers. Nevada is second highest crime rate per capital behind Tennessee. So let the Union pay for the problems rather than taxpayers.
