Running smoothly? That has to be a misprint. People still can't figure out the right turn only lane as they come off of the bridge. I have yet to see one person do it correctly. I live right near the round-a-bout and it is a constant barage of horn honking. People are too busy looking at their phones to worry about the new signage and the older drivers are so confused that they just come to a dead stop. Traffic continues to flow at 40mph on average and rarely does anyone stop for the poor pedestrian trying to cross the street. Poor Poor City Planning.
