Why wasn't his trial publicized? I can't find hide nor hair of this gentleman's consequences.
And, why isn't he registered as a sex offender?
Oh, and by the way, this is one of those examples to which I was referring when I made the comments concerning REPEAT sex offenders in the recent Frank J. Mann post.
Thanks for reposting this story.

Not sure whatever happened with this but could the Sr. Sixberry possibly die since this all first started. I can't remember what did happen.

Hide nor Hair nor Obituary (?).
How is that possible!!
The registry can't be very EFFECTIVE if you can't even find out what happened to a person after these blaring charges!
How can someone just disappear? especially in a case like this!

What a weird coincidence. This is post was dragged up from a couple of years ago and then this guy's son makes the paper the next day. At least we know where his son is:
Watertown man accused of breaking exercise machine
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2013
Robert L. Sixberry, 36, of 110 E. Division St., was charged Wednesday night by Watertown police with fourth-degree criminal mischief and is summoned to City Court.

OMG, glad you brought this up. I didn't ready the paper yet so I missed it. If you read the whole thing, the son was also arrested before and brought up in this same thread. Get a life.

I believe not guilty. Not 100% sure. But believe I saw or heard about it back then. Girl admitted it was a lie it case thinking of.

I just noticed these posts, and , like everyone else i am concerned with every person accused of these crimes. I wondered why people even post on here, it doesnt matter what you think, If Robert did these things, it will come back to him, as far as the mention of 1975, it was actually 1974, and being the mother of this daughter of his, she doesnt want anything to do with him cause he denied her for all those years untill recently, we have no idea if he did things to girls, we dont judge. we do however take precautions to ensure the safety of others.

"I wondered why people even post on here, it doesn't matter what you think,"
There are probably as many reasons for posting on here as there are posters! My reason is I believe these posts reach a younger audience then a typical paper would. I try to be factual and site references, if anyone wants to do any further reading. I do admit I get a little hot around the collar when it comes to light sentencing, but I may have broader experience in that area than some.
I am not 100% on board with the fairness of Karma, although in general I understand the mechanism.
Some of your above post became a little unclear, but I am sure you have your reasons. It would be satisfying to see the conclusion of this alleged crime when it reaches the paper. It is very strange that Sixberry, Sr disappeared altogether.

Searching for Level 1 sex offenders (or those with a pending risk level):
DCJS is barred by law from posting information on Level 1 (low level) sex offenders, or those with a pending risk level, on this public site. However, while we cannot tell you if there are any Level 1 sex offenders or sex offenders with a pending risk level in your neighborhood or who they are, we can tell you if a particular individual is on the registry. Call us at 1-800-262-3257 with the name and at least one other identifier (an exact address, date of birth, driver's license number, or a social security number) and we will tell you if that individual is a registered sex offender in New York.
Possibly he got a level one and they cannot publish his name. try calling, maybe you can find out. It could be Lewis or Jefferson county. I think they are listed by where they reside.

So nice of you to write. If I do find another identifier, other than his name, I'll call the number you provided.(This situation didn't sound too much like level 1, but since the article didn't list any concrete facts -- level 1 is a distinct possibility.)Thank you !
