Did anyone see Ralphs new coupon policy? It states that you cannot use coupons on anything that is on sale in their sales paper...I myself feel that is a bunch of crap... The cashier told me they were losing money... What?... I feel that is hard to believe...When they turn in coupons they get fully reinbursed plus get a kickback handling amount... I would love to see another grocery store come to town, Ralphs is turning to greed! What about helping the community buy their groceries! I don't get foodstamps or government help of any type so my coupons helped me very much!

I didn't know this but what out when Sloans closes and Ralphs opens their new store where Farmers use to be. they will be price gouging (sp) and higher prices.

I was allowed to use coupons on the Campbells soup yesterday which is in the sales paper. They doubled my coupons like normal. With no real competition now I am scared to see what Ralph's prices will do.

Read the new coupon post its under that clear thing on that little stand they give you to write your checks on at the checkout. I don't know if the cashier you had didn't pay attention or if they are not enforcing it yet but its there.

This isn't just a Ralph's deal. Ralph's is a Foodfair chain. I know the Foodfair chains in Barboursville have had the same policy for quite sometime. I was suprised that Ralph's being a part of that chain did not have the policy in place.

They said the reason they had to enforce it was a woman was couponing on sale items and they ended up having to give her money back once everything was checked out. After so many times of doing it they changed the policy.

If they think they can price gouge go out of town. Most people own a car or have transportation, go elsewhere. So sick of seeing the working person get the screws everytime.

It will lose more business if they don't get rif of the blonde manager with the attitude problem. Tried to return some bad meat the other day and she bit my head off. I won't be back.

Using coupons on sale items was the only thing that made it worth while to shop there. I will call them tomorrow to check on that and voice my complaints. It is a shame one woman took it to such extreme measures that they had to stop it all together but I guess that is the name of the game. Walmart is cheaper and has a better selection any way.

That happened to me once in another store, and I GOT VERY LOUD, and let other people know what was going on. I got a lot of looks, but I'm sure people payed more attention to their products . I never went back to that store.
I want to suport my town, but I don't have to. I go to Asland at least twice a month, sometimes more and I will shop there if Ralphs pi$$e$$ me off just once.
Milk is cheaper at Self Service fuel stations and so is bread lots of times. I can shop there in between trips to Ashland.
All it takes to bring a place to it's sence, is people sticking together.

Don't you think it's kind of strange that this new coupon policy coincides with Slone's closing?

Most places in this town act like you owe them you business and in return they give you piss poor service and higher prices. It's like they have this attitude of "You'll put up with our crap and like it because you won't drive to Ashland". Well I've got news for them, If I can drive to Ashland for a movie and a nice restaurant, I can do my shopping there too!

Why don't you move there too if your too good for Grayson. The people of Grayson would be alot better off with people who don't appriecate what Grayson has to offer.

The manager at Ralphs yesterday was handing out long stem red roses to ladies who worked there and female shoppers. I though that was very sweet.

I bet a date with you consists of you taking your date to Family Dollar for some shopping, renting a couple of movies from Dugout and a trip to McDonald's. No wonder when you say put out or get out, they get out. Of course you keep telling yourself, "They just don't appreciate what Grayson has to offer".
