Call Dr. Bond's office in Ashland, his wife is the office manager and they are the ones that own the winery.

There is usually someone at the winery everyday working. They are open til 6pm I believe and they do have the best wine. I got on a big wine kick having a class here an there to help with sleep, after buying CVS to the winery's wine I will never buy wine anywhere else. They also have a tasting before you purchase if you wish so then you know what you like before you buy. Think it would be a very nice venue for an event!

After Calling and speaking to Sue (the owner) I have decided to look elsewhere for my wedding location. She was rude, snide and the hours they are open are absurd. Not well run as far as renting the place---I'm sure their wine may be ok but customer service is in dire need of improvement. By her attitude you would think she was renting out the Biltmore Estate.
Totally unacceptable

I think GOOD customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

haha yes that's her
She hates all the people around here. She sees them as beneath her. I managed the place for over a year and they drove me insane. Sue hates anyone that does not worship her and poor Dr Bond I think just gave up years ago and is like an old broke horse.
Behind the scenes that place is a cluster phuck. No one in their right mind can stand to work for them. Sue will not pay over time or workers comp. and they receive quite a lot taxpayer money in the form of grants. I put on two weddings out there while I was there. I had to go behind sue's back just for the wedding parties to be half way content. For stupid stuff like tables, chairs, or a few extra glasses or water pitchers. You wouldn't have been pleased if you had tried to progress on with sue.

I don't think she wants kids at the property either. I had my children with me when I went to look. She was very rude to them and all they were doing was sitting at a table. It's not a good location for a wedding unless you want to use the barn. No kitchen, not laid out well unless you want some of your wedding guests to sit at the back of the building.
